How long will it take?
Depending on the size of your job, one of our skilled technicians will be able to solve your pest control requirements in a matter of 1-2 hours.
How safe is it to kids/pets?
All chemicals have been stringently tested and approved by the Australian Pesticides & Veterinary Medicine Authority, ensuring the health and safety of you, your family, and beloved pets. Our technicians treat every job like it is their own home, and any questions will be happily answered for you.
Do I have to leave the house?
We recommend that once the property is sprayed you and your family stay out for 1-2 hours. The chemicals are not volatile, however for peace of mind you may like to vacate the property until surfaces are dry.
What guarantees are there with the services?
Using the latest technologies available within the industry we guarantee all our services. All residential jobs come with a 4 month service guarantee. This ensures your issues are resolved, and you can sleep well at night.
Commercial jobs on a regular service contract have the peace of mind knowing that their premises will always be covered.

After MyPest service
How do I receive a report?
A digital form will be completed on site and emailed directly to you as a PDF upon completion of your job. If you do not have an email, we can arrange for this to be mailed to you upon request.
How do I pay?
All our technicians have EFTPOS/Credit Card facilities with them at all times. We request that payment be made upon commencement of the job, thus allowing you to go about with you day.
Alternatively you can pay cash, or EFT directly to our bank account. Note EFT is requested to be completed whilst our technician is on site.
What if I have an issue with the service?
If you have any questions or issues our technicians are happy to answer them, and provide a solution.
When do I need to book another service?
Our dedicated staff will follow up with all customers ensuring they are satisfied with services provided, notifying you of any specials available in your area, as well as reminding you when your next service is due.
